"I do like punching things," Steph says with a faint smile in her voice. Then she's quiet for a few moments as she leans against Cass, still crying a little but has got the worst of the sobbing out. She feels like she needs fixing, like there's this jagged ugly thing that's torn her to pieces.

But the way Cass says it...maybe Steph could do that. Maybe she could mend.

"Will I...do you think I'll be okay?"
